Choose To Be Healthy

Do you pay attention to how many people are neglecting their health? That's right; they eat whatever they want without understanding the implications it has on their bodies. In addition to poor eating habits, too many people are simply lazy when it comes to working out. They give every excuse as to why they don't have time to take care of themselves. Do you know people like this? Now let me ask you this important question. Do you find yourself slacking in your eating and exercise? Well, I have good news for you. This is the day to change and do right. No more excuses. No more procrastination. The time is now.

In this life, I've discovered that many illnesses can be prevented by doing the right thing. As one of my mentors likes to say, 'when you take care of yourself, you value yourself.' Here's the Sinclair remix. Those who adopt a sloppy mentality about eating and no exercise truly don't understand nor appreciate their physical temple. I want you to get into your spirit that healthy eating and regular exercise will help boost your confidence and self-esteem. The life that God has given you should be treasured at all cost. Don't let the enemy trick you into letting your temple go to waste. Remember, you are called for a reason and you shouldn't allow that which you can control to affect you negatively.

In this spiritual journey, you need to make up your mind to love all of you. As you love God and His Word, I'm challenging you to love your body by feeding it right. When you treat your body right, things begin to fall into place. Things such as better health and cancer prevention just to name a couple of things. I can't predict that you won't ever get sick, but one thing I do know is that we (you and I) have to do our part. No one likes pain. No one wants to be in a state of discomfort. And no one wants to be running to the doctor all of the time. If you're feeling me with this, will you decide to do better? Will you decide to pledge living a healthier lifestyle? Oh, I forgot to mention this. When you treat your body right, your mind becomes sharper and more focused. Check this out. A sharper and more focused mind is better able to discern what God has to say.

The Bible records the words, "Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers." Please don't miss this. Good health leads to prosperous living. God has so much for you but you have to do your part. As we say in the church, 'if you do your part, God will do His.' Whatever you failed to do in your past is in the past. You have complete control of the present so that you can have a good future. The decision is all yours. Whatever decision you make, you will reap. The question for you is what will you reap? -
