The question posed by stance is straight forward if you, or the person posing is honest, and it is deceptive if the person posing is not honest with herself, or himself. The illusion of poise is subtle. The openness of one's positioning of character in the stance informs the subtle elements of one's intuition. In the animal worlds gestures, and posture are language, too. But, amongst two leggeds we have the choice to accept it as a language, or place it inferior in our estimation, and make judgements based upon the language of gesture.
